My Story
Michael King Jr. is the founder of The Light Must Unite, the Opioid Awareness Foundation, International Prayer Day – November 11, and CTF Global Ventures—a sovereign social impact fund dedicated to giving back to humanity through regenerative investment and spiritual alignment. A visionary leader, entrepreneur, and spiritual warrior, Michael’s work is rooted in personal transformation, ancestral wisdom, and a global commitment to healing through remembrance, unity, and frequency.

His life is a testimony of resilience and divine redirection. After leaving school in the 6th grade and battling dyslexia and addiction, Michael overcame life-threatening experiences—including an ICU revival—and emerged with a deeper calling. Rather than being defined by struggle, he chose to turn his pain into purpose, channeling his experiences into movements that uplift and unify.

Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit began early, designing business cards by hand, mowing lawns, and rescuing lost pets as a child. That drive eventually led him into the luxury lifestyle space, where he acquired the historic Jackie Gleason Mansion in South Beach and later partnered with Exotic Toys Miami. Together, they offered elite experiences combining luxury real estate and exotic vehicles, attracting an A-list clientele.

He hosted and worked with influential names such as BMF, DJ Khaled, Jamie Foxx, Scott Storch, and Shaquille O’Neal, and drew in special guests like Flo Rida, Juelz Santana, Meek Mill, and Ace Hood at his nightclub establishments, further solidifying his presence in South Florida’s entertainment and cultural scene.

Michael’s path also led him into the ring. As a professional Mixed Martial Artist with American Top Team, he trained under Roger Krahl and Dr. Paul “Paulie” Gavoni, alongside combat legends including Michael Moorer, Todd Duffee, Charles Rosa, Lou Paulie, Mario “Big Hurt” Rinaldi, Ben Stark, and Shawn Jordan. This warrior chapter helped him discover the healing power of CBD and cannabis—plant-based alternatives that deepened his understanding of holistic recovery and the body’s natural ability to heal.

Following a profound spiritual awakening and full recovery from addiction, Michael founded the Opioid Awareness Foundation—a mission-driven organization focused on prevention through awareness, education, and alternative plant-based healing. What began as a personal commitment to help others avoid the path he had once walked became even more urgent after the loss of his beloved daughter, Victoria, who passed following a relapse related to addiction. Her memory—and the memories of countless others—now fuels the Foundation’s global outreach, which includes concerts, campaigns, influencer programs, and community initiatives.

At the heart of this work stands International Prayer Day – November 11, a global movement for peace and unity. It calls people of all faiths and nations to join in synchronized prayer—not only to honor loved ones lost to addiction, but to raise collective spiritual awareness around the world’s most urgent crises. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and divine intention, the day serves as a sacred reminder that collective prayer can shift the frequency of the planet and restore harmony to humanity.

Michael continues to work alongside powerful allies such as the Hilton Foundation, the Crown Council of Ethiopia, Selassie Stand-Up, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade & Festivities. Together, these alliances help advance frequency-based healing, spiritual diplomacy, and regenerative health systems.

Through CTF Global Ventures, Michael channels capital into spiritually aligned projects that empower communities, protect sacred knowledge, and create lasting impact.

In every endeavor, Michael King Jr. walks with a single purpose:
The Light Must Unite.
We change the frequency. We change the world.
